It will be another cold night for everyone and the National Weather Service has issued a Freeze Warning for the Sacramento Valley from 2am until 9am Tuesday.  Although the winds will be much weaker in Redding they are not expected to die down completely but the low should drop down somewhere between 30 and 32 while Chico will be closer to the low 20’s.

As high pressure builds over the Northstate this week we will see significantly warmer temperatures with highs in the upper 50’s to mid 60’s in the valley and Redding could even climb to the upper 60’s by Thursday.

The long range forecast models keep us warm and dry at least through the middle of next week with signs of more wet weather by the 24th or 25th of this month.
