Weather Forecast: Mid 60s Today, Near 70 By Tomorrow
Redding, Chico & Red Bluff
Afternoon highs will warm back into the 60s for the valley today as a ridge of high pressure builds in from the west.
The only challenge in the forecast today will be if the northerly winds are strong enough to warm the valley in the mid to upper 60s like yesterday.
Regardless of the winds, high pressure will be too strong the next few days to keep us from not seeing upper 60s and low 70s.
The ridge should peak out by Friday allowing for widespread 70 degree readings throughout the entire Northstate including Chico.
By the weekend and into next week, highs will slowly start to drop. Our next chance of rain should arrive around next Tuesday and Wednesday.
