It turned out to be another warm day on Wednesday with highs in the upper 70’s and even a few 80 degree readings.  The high clouds we saw actually kept our temperatures down so it could have been a lot warmer had it been a sunny day.

The ridge of high pressure responsible for the above average temperatures will start to slowly break down on Thursday.  As a result our temperatures will average in the mid 70’s at least through the beginning of next week under mainly sunny skies.

We are starting to see a little more consistency in the long range forecast models giving us a decent chance for rain by the middle of next week.  We are also seeing more wet weather to help wrap up the month.  Unfortunately, it won’t be enough to get us out of our deficit but any rain is a good thing.
