Even though it was a sunny day on Tuesday the dry north wind helped to keep the chill in the air but highs in the mid 50’s is still average for this time of year. We are expecting more of the same on Wednesday but with fairly calm winds it actually might feel a little warmer outside.
We’ve got a storm approaching from the Pacific expected to be here on Thursday but is already showing signs of splitting with a piece of its energy moving to our north and another to our south and all we’ll see out of it are a few high clouds.
The forecast models are still having a difficult time agreeing on this weekend’s forecast. One of them (European) keeps the low off the coast of Central and Southern California giving us dry weather. However, another forecast model (GFS) brings in the rain on Saturday. For now I’m keeping this weekend dry but stay tuned as we continue to monitor the forecast models very closely.
