Our next much weaker storm arrives late tonight in the Northstate.  However, we will still pick up heavy rain in spots that have already seen flooding.

Before this system moves in breaks in the clouds will allow for highs to warm in to the low 60s.   Clouds will increase in coverage and thickness this afternoon through the evening.

Rain begins to move into Trinity and Siskiyou county by 8:00-9:00 tonight.

Rain will pick up inn coverage in the overnight period and into the morning commute all the way down to the valley floor.

Rain sticks around through Wednesday afternoon.  Yet most of the rain for the valley should be out by Late Tuesday night.

It is possible to see another 4-6" in spots that have already picked up totals over 10-20" since last Wednesday.

For the valley look for .50-1.00" of rain.

Widespread clearing will be the forecast Thursday through Saturday, though we are watching a very weak system by Saturday night, mainly snow in the mountains.
