High pressure continues to build over the Northstate today. Valley afternoon highs will top out in the low to mid 60s under sunny skies.
The winds will continue to die down today and through this evening but the clears skies will stick around through the rest of the week. That means we’ll see temperatures slowly rising back into the mid to upper 60s, peaking in the low 70 for many areas by Thursday and Friday.
As for cloud cover…there won’t be any. Only a few stray clouds on Monday, with some thin high level clouds moving through for Tuesday before the sunshine returns completely and the temperatures continue to rise.
