Weather Forecast: Valley Afternoon Highs Heading for the 60s

After very cold and below normal temperatures the last 6 days. Morning lows and afternoon highs will be heading in the opposite direction the rest of this week.
A very large ridge of high pressure will continue to slowly nudge in from the west today through the rest of the week. Afternoon valley highs will struggle to make it out of the 50s but a few spots in the northern valley should manage 60 or 61 degrees.
Wednesday and Thursday highs will warm into the mid to upper 60s. Overnight lows will fall into the low to mid 30s.
Mountain locations will stay fairly chilly but considerably warmer in both the overnights and afternoons compared to the last week.
