Weather Forecast: Warm Weather Continues into The Weekend

It will be another day of cold morning lows and mild to warm afternoon highs. Redding for the third day in a row should make another run at 70 degrees.
The ridge of high pressure that has been dominating our weather pattern the last few days will hold still at least through the beginning of next week. Redding will see highs in the upper 60’s while Chico will be about 10 degrees cooler.
The ridge is showing signs of breaking down between Tuesday and Wednesday as a trough of low pressure clips Northern California and may even bring a few light showers along with it. For now I’m keeping the forecast dry as there hasn’t been much consistency in the forecast models but stay tuned as we monitor this change in our weather pattern very closely.
