It will still be partly cloudy on Saturday but with a little more sunshine and warmer air moving in we expect our temperatures in the valley to climb to the mid 70’s. The peak of the warming trend will be on Sunday and Monday with highs in the low to mid 80’s under mostly sunny skies.
The ridge of high pressure responsible for the warmer weather will start to break down and our temperatures will drop back down to the 70’s on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week.
We are also expecting to see some cold air pool down from the Gulf of Alaska starting on Thursday of next week dropping our temperatures down to the low 60’s with upper 50’s by Friday. There really isn’t a lot of moisture associated with this storm so any rain/snow we do see is expected to be on the light side.
