High pressure will continue to funnel into the Northstate today, tightening the surface pressure gradient. This will allow for another day of gusty north winds and sunny skies.
The northerly winds will begin to die down by this weekend but still breezy at times. We will also see the afternoon highs warm to the mid 70s by Saturday and Sunday, after topping out near 70 degrees today in the valley floor.
The next chance of rain continues to get pushed back to mid to late work week next week. Best chances for rain will remain in the mountains by Wednesday and slowly move down to the valley the later we move into the work week.
