More sunshine for northern California.
Temperatures will rise into the mid 70s today under nearly cloudless skies. The calm winds will make today feel near perfect and a perfect day to get anything done outside. If you can’t do it today, don’t worry too bad because, if anything, the weather is only going to improve this weekend. Tomorrow we’ll have some high level clouds which will keep temperatures cooler, but it won’t be cold by any means. With the clouds, highs will still be near 70 in the valley. The downside to tomorrow is the winds will increase through the afternoon to about 10-15mph by evening.
Saturday will keep those winds around during the morning but they’ll die off in the evening. Highs on Saturday will also be way above average and could eclipse 80°. Sunday will be similar before the temperatures start to drop Monday and Tuesday.
Our next shot at any rain comes on Wednesday as a very weak system pulls in off the ocean. That system is looking very weak though, and won’t have much moisture associated with it. Start practicing your rain dances and we’ll keep you posted if they’re working.
