Temperatures in the valley have been in the low 80s all week and this will continue through the weekend and possibly into Monday. We are watching an area of low pressure moving to our south that is expected to bring us a few more clouds on Friday and a chance for isolated mountain showers and thunderstorms.
High pressure will start to break down next week opening the storm door. Unfortunately, there aren’t any impressive storms heading our way. The first chance for drops in the valley will be Monday night into Tuesday but anything we do see won’t amount to much if anything at all. The storm moving through next Thursday could bring us a few hundredths of an inch of rain but once again isn’t expected to be all that impressive.
There will be a few more storms skirting to our north Next Friday into the following week but at this point it’s nothing to write home about.
