Another nice sunny day for northern California.

Temperatures will be generally a few degrees cooler across the NorthState as overnight lows were 5-10° cooler last night.  The clear skies will allow for things to warm up very quickly this morning, but south winds will put an end to the warming mid afternoon.  Expect highs in the upper 70s today.  Tonight a front will pass through the region bringing some showers to the western mountains.  There could be briefly moderate rain but it won’t last long and will be out of here before any rain accumulates.

Tomorrow temperatures will be nice once again, but things will be mixed up with the presence of some gusty northerly winds which could top 30mph during the afternoon.  The weather stays much the same on Tuesday as well with Wednesday seeing the winds die down.  Thursday the winds come right back as another weak system passes to our north and increases the pressure gradient once again.  During this whole week the most moisture we’ll see are some high level clouds which won’t produce any rain whatsoever.
