It's starting to feel more like Summer this week with temperatures continuing to inch closer to the triple digits.  The ridge of high pressure responsible for the above average temperatures will peak on Wednesday with highs in the upper 90s under sunny skies.

The ridge will start to break down on Thursday but it will still be hot with highs in the mid to upper 90s before we see a bigger drop into the weekend.  Highs over the weekend into the beginning of next week will only top out in the low 80s under mostly sunny skies.

Some of the forecast models are picking up on a weak disturbance on Monday that may bring us a slight chance for showers but since it's a fairly dry system it will most likely remain dry.  For now we're keeping the forecast dry until we see a little more consistency.
