The ridge of high pressure responsible for this early heat wave will start to break down on Friday and through the weekend eventually dropping our temperatures closer to normal for this time of year (mid 70s).

The reason for the cooler weather this weekend is due to a weak storm riding through the ridge of high pressure.  Most of the rain assocciated with this area of low pressure will be to our north and the main impact for us will be added cloud clover and the aformentioned cooler temperatures.  There is a slight chance for a few isolated sprinkles or light showers on Sunday and Monday but at this point I wouldn’t count on much if any at all.
