The valley floor will warm back up to the upper 80s this afternoon, under mostly sunny skies. There is a small chance for a few pop up mountain thunderstorms through this weekend.
The gusty north winds we’ve been experiencing the last few days are coming to an end and will shift from the south on Friday. This will allow our humidity levels to recover and decrease the fire danger.
Mountain thunderstorms will be a possibility starting Friday and lasting into the beginning of next week. We’re not expecting any thunderstorms in the valley at this point but we’re still expecting above average temperatures with highs in the upper 80s through Saturday increasing to the low 90s by the beginning of next week.
