A weak system will bring cooler afternoon highs, clouds and isolated showers to the Northstate today.

Skies clear out through Tuesday into Wednesday before starting to cloud over once again on Thursday.  temperatures will rise back into the mid to upper 70s on Wednesday before dropping back into the low to mid 70s on Thursday.  On Thursday another weak system will push through bringing more clouds and the potential for showers in the valley and especially in the mountains.  Afterwards a flattened ridge will move on shore, allowing the temperatures to rise back into the low to mid 80s by the weekend.
