The low pressure system that brought showers, thunderstorms and even mountain snow yesterday, is slowly diving southeast today. There will still be just enough instability in place today for some lingering activity.
As we head into the early evening hours shower and thunderstorm activity should quickly start to die down as the low pressure system continue to head south.
A ridge wrapping around our current low will bring warmer weather along with breezy conditions.
The ridge will stick around through at least this weekend, which will keep the valley near or above 90 through Sunday, starting tomorrow.
