The cloudy and rainy conditions we saw on Tuesday have passed and the sun will return along with the typical Summer heat.  There was still some left over monsoon moisture over the Northstate making for a muggy and hazy day on Wednesday.  The humidity levels are expected to drop and our temperatures will go up over the next few days.

Highs in the Redding and Red Bluff areas will be in the upper 90s to around 100 degrees.  In Chico and Oroville it will be closer to the mid 90s.  Although most of the monsoon moisture will move out there is still expected to be a chance for isolated thunderstorms in the mountains off and on through the weekend and into next week.
