High pressure has taken control of our weather pattern with upper 80s and low 90s in the forecast at least through the end of the work week.  Believe it or not, the last time we saw 90 degree weather was in October of last year when we had an unusually warm heat wave move through the Northstate.

The ridge of high pressure will start to break down through the weekend allowing our temperatures to drop back down to the low 80s by Saturday and 60s and 70s through next week.  The next chance for rain is on Monday of next week and could continue into Tuesday and Wednesday.
