The warmer and drier weather has arrived as expected with temperatures over 10 degrees above average for this time of year.  A very weak disturbance will move through the Northstate Friday morning giving us some morning cloud cover but the rain is expected to stay well to our north.  It’s expected to clear out in the afternoon allowing our temperatures to climb to the mid to upper 70s.

The ridge of high pressure will be the strongest over the weekend giving us highs in the upper 70s and lower 80s under continued sunny skies.

We’re expecting a gradual decrease in our temperatures next week as the ridge of high pressure slowly breaks down.  We’ll start the work week off with highs in the mid 70s and breezy north winds dropping to the mid 60s by the end of next week.  The forecast models are lining up with dry conditions through next week but we are seeing a chance for rain near the end of the month.
