Temperatures only made it to the low 80s on Monday in the valley with mostly sunny skies and breezy north winds. It will be a little warmer on Tuesday with highs in the low to mid 80s but the winds are also expected to pick up a bit blowing from the north at 10-20 mph with gusts between 25 and 30 mph. At this point there aren’t any Red Flag Warnings or Fire Weather Watches but we’ll keep you posted.
A weak ridge of high pressure will build back over the Northstate through the middle and latter part of the week with highs in the low to mid 90s under mostly sunny skies. We’ll keep our highs in the low to mid 90s at least through the beginning of next week.
