ROAD CONDITIONS

We felt the final punch on Tuesday with heavy rain, snow and gusty winds but it will be much quieter today with isolated showers and snow flurries in the mountains.

We don't expect a lot of rain today, however, there is a slight chance for a few isolated thunderstorms with the potential for small hail, gusty winds and brief periods of heavy rain. That being said, it will be few and far between and most of us will just see a few passing showers.

Snow levels will drop to as low as 2,500 feet meaning there will still be delays on mountain highs and possible chain requirements. Be sure to click on the Road Conditions link above for the latest conditions.

It will still be on the breezy side today with south winds at 10 to 20 mph and slightly higher gusts but it won't be nearly as windy as it was yesterday.

We will finally see a break from the active weather we have been experiencing since last weekend. We can expect mostly sunny skies and slightly warmer temperatures on Thursday and Friday with the potential for 60 degree weather by Sunday and Monday.

It looks like we will set ourselves up with another wet weather pattern starting next Tuesday and lasting through the week.
